Project Development and Financing
- Blackstone employs people who have decades of experience in development, construction, and financing of projects around the world. In addition to Central Europe, our people managed project development, investment, and construction in Russia, Ukraine, China, the Middle East, and Vietnam.
- We can structure project financing, and provide significant share of project finances by so-called carbon finance. This means that for the project owner we will monetize greenhouse gas savings that the project creates. We may however, bring in other partners that are interested in providing funds for carbon finance.
- Typically, carbon finance will only provide part of the project costs. Blackstone can bring in other financing partners who can provide the rest of the required equity or debt financing in order to fully finance your project.
- If you are a developer or an owner of a project that reduces greenhouse gas emissions, such as CO2, CH4, N2O, HFCs, or other greenhouse gases, contacts us and we will tell you what options there are to finance your project.
