The experience of our employees in advisory services is significant. We have
been key advisors to the European Commission in the development and
implementation of the EU emission trading scheme. We advised the 10 new EU
member states in how to implement this system.

In Poland, Czech Republic, Ukraine, and Slovakia we have advised governments
how to establish effective joint implementation programs.

In the Caribbean we developed methodologies for almost 20 countries for
calculating emission reductions from CDM projects in the power sector.
