The Blackstone Global Ventrues Carbon Pool® is a special purpose vehicle designed for the managment and investment of European Union Allowances (EUAs) that are held by companies with compliance responsibilities under the European Union Emissions Trading Scheme.
The investment of EUAs in this way provides a safe investment regime that provides a capital gain return by investing into Joint Implementation projects that will "orginate" new credits, Emission Reduction Units (ERUs) at a deep discount to the market. The financial return on this investment process is then split with the investor. There is NO MANAGEMENT FEE.
